Group Classes

group-classes-for-webWe are proud to offer the most innovative Group Class design in the area!

We know that not every dog and owner in class will progress at the same pace, so we have implemented a class structure that allows the flexibility needed for success. Classes are broken down into six levels of obedience. Each of those levels has exercises that both you and your dog need to pass in order to graduate to the next level. All the levels are taught every Saturday so you don’t have to worry if you can’t make it to class one Saturday, simply come back to the same level the next time you join us.

No need to worry about scheduling your beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes! Our class teaches beginner through advanced obedience as well as household manners!

Enrollment in the class gives you six months of attendance!

Distractions are added to stays, begin resistance sit-stay and down-stay, begin recalls with sit–fronts, continue ‘climb’ with added difficulty. Sit and down-stays while handler stands on lead. Distractions during stays will include the handler clapping hands, stomping feet, running at dog, etc. Dogs must perform a recall from the end of a six (6) foot lead with a sit front. Dogs must go to sit and down without guidance or correction. Climb while owner walks across room and back.
Level 4 Level 4: Test
Begin heeling with pace changes, halts, turns, about turns, long distance recalls with sit front, begin stands and ‘ooks’, longer stays with more distractions, continue ‘climb’ with added difficulty.
